DJ Clay is an American record producer, rapper and disc jockey from Detroit, Michigan.[1] In 2006, Clay he hit the road with Insane Clown Posse rapper Shaggy 2 Dope on his "F.T.F.O." tour.[1][2] This marked the first time anyone at Psychopathic Records had a live DJ at their live events. He has DJ'd on the majority of Psychopathic tours since.[1][2]

Clay remixed Insane Clown Posse's "24" on The Wraith: Remix Albums and has worked with Twiztid, also contributing to a track on the Independent's Day album in 2007.[3][4] Clay was briefly signed to Psychopathic Records in early 2007, only to leave and become the first artist to sign with their new sub-label Hatchet House where he dropped his debut mixtape Let 'Em Bleed: The Mixxtape, Vol. 1 in 2008, with a second volume following later that year.[1][2]

Clay cites Insane Clown Posse, DJ Q-bert, and Mix Master Mike among his influences.[2]
